Balance
March 31, 2008 by Shirley
It’s better to be in between
Than always stuck in one extreme
To cope, we often justify
The things we cannot rectify
The turmoil that provides the churn
Results in undue self-concern
Contradiction plagues each soul
That yearns for that which makes it whole.

Yes, I’d agree that most of tend to equivocate when it suits our purpose, but hopefully a greater good guides us at some point. As usual, your words offer a concise glimpse into the inner workings of the mind– and heart. Very nice…
Thanks, Bob. I got this comment while I was commenting on your story! We shared a moment in cyberspace! And, that was some story!
Yeah, balance, what a concept. That’s something that I’ve never had. I tend to fall over - thanks
The grass is always greener on the other side, but here is a perspective to enjoy both lawns
Harry, you are too funny! You do more falling over than the average person does standing up! Hang in there…or should I say Hang on there!
Thanks!
And thank you too Oz!
