Just before it starts to pour
breeze consumes the strongest tree
Needed rain will pound the ground
sans remorse or empathy
Mother Nature’s wrath proceeds
unleashing ire, relinquishing fire
Such generous help exceeds our needs
while others expire amidst the pyre.
